Job summary

Google is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer in Singapore to bridge pre-sales and post-sales execution. You will architect how AI assets integrate into customers' IT ecosystems, including connectors, identity, and data residency, aligned with FDE projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, enterprise content management (ECMs), identity), cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
Experience reading or debugging code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), and in system design or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia fluently.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account teams to assess feasibility and shape adoption-focused proposals.
Design enterprise AI solutions and ensure secure model integration with data pipelines and identity providers.
Diagnose complex customer issues at code level and test workarounds to unblock delivery.
Liaise with Product/Engineering to translate field feedback into actionable requests.
Guide implementation strategy with technical oversight and delivery accountability.
