Job summary

Google is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer in Singapore. You will act as enterprise architect, technical debugger, and delivery manager to ensure adoption-focused AI deployments within customer ecosystems.

The role centers on designing secure, scalable model integrations, aligning with FDE, and collaborating with Product/Engineering to translate field feedback into actionable enhancements. Fluency in Thai enhances regional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, ECMs, identity), cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
• Experience reading or debugging code in a general purpose language and in system design or orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to communicate in Thai fluently for regional client management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams and CEs during technical evaluation phases to assess feasibility and adoption.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and secure integrations into client data pipelines.
• Diagnose complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds to clear roadblocks.
• Serve as liaison to Product and Engineering to translate field feedback into feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy with technical foresight while delivering with customer-facing teams.
