Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), including LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Candidates should be comfortable exploring emerging AI technologies and identifying practical use cases to improve productivity, service delivery, and business outcomes
• Understanding of system integration concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills to work with various users and stakeholders
• Good self-management skills, including an ability to be self-directed to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop or explore new tools for operations-technology integration in collaboration with Ops-Tech and Systems
• Work on 1–2 technology evaluation projects
• Hands-on experience in technology assessment and solution development
• Identify technical solutions addressing operational pain points or process improvements
• Present proposals at key management meetings
