PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE COMPANY SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED seeks an experienced professional to build and govern an agentic AI workforce across Operations. The role combines automation (RPA) with AI reasoning and decision support to drive efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

You will lead the design, rollout, and governance of AI bots and co-pilot implementations, ensure high-quality AI use cases, and align with regulatory expectations while partnering with stakeholders to identify priority

Qualifications

Minimum Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
6–10 years of background in AI, operations management, and experience in supporting and leading AI use cases and projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Build an agentic AI workforce across Operations, integrating automation (RPA) with AI reasoning and decision support.
Deploy co-pilot bots to accelerate Operations workflows and workload planning.
Lead development of scalable AI use cases that can be plugged across platforms.
Define and own the Operations AI rulebook, ensuring consistent AI behavior.
Establish QA and assurance framework for AI, aligned with governance and regulatory expectations.
