HTX, Singapore's Science and Technology agency, seeks a Lead Engineer (AI Training & Competency) to design and deliver AI upskilling initiatives across the Home Team. You will develop digital learning content, competency frameworks and pathways to empower officers to responsibly adopt AI technologies.

The role involves engaging multiple agencies, academia and industry, advancing learning ecosystems and AI capability-building, with a two-year contract to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in learning and development or AI training programmes.
• Experience in developing competency frameworks, learning pathways and workforce capability-building initiatives.
• Experience in designing and developing digital learning experiences, including e-learning content, learning journeys and online resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across public sector agencies, industry partners or academia would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver AI upskilling and reskilling initiatives for Home Team officers.
• Create engaging digital learning experiences, including e-learning modules and self-paced resources.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to develop learner-centric training programmes.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical learning interventions that build awareness and proficiency.
• Develop AI competency frameworks, learning pathways and workforce capability development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Home Team Departments, public sector agencies, industry partners and training providers to identify learning needs.
• Support Communities of Practice and AI Advocate networks through learning activities and engagement programs.
