@ASK Training Pte Ltd invites applications for an experienced educator to lead HR and AI-enabled training programs for adult learners. You will design and deliver WSQ or competency-based curricula, in-person and online, ensuring practical relevance and learner engagement.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in education/workforce development, plus HR domain familiarity and AI tools experience to support decision-making and outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of adult education or workforce development experience.
Experience delivering WSQ or competency-based training.
Experience delivering both in-person and online training.
Proven learner engagement and course satisfaction.
Minimum 3-5 years in HR/Workforce/Organisational Development with AI exposure.
Knowledge of recruitment, L&D, performance management, and manpower planning.
Hands-on AI tools to support HR decisions.
Familiarity with productivity metrics, skills frameworks, and workforce analytics.
ACTA/ACLP certification is mandatory.
HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) advantageous.
Certifications in AI, prompt engineering, workforce analytics, or digital HR systems highly regarded.
Ongoing professional development in AI adoption or digital transformation in HR.
