Role Overview

• We are seeking an AI Investment Strategist to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence within our investment research and decision-making processes.
• The role focuses on leveraging large language models (LLMs), AI agents, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance research productivity, expand analytical capabilities, and support investment decisions.
• Working closely with investment professionals, the successful candidate will design and implement AI-powered solutions tailored to macroeconomic research, fixed income, and foreign exchange markets, with a particular focus on emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Investment Research
• Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to improve the efficiency, depth, and quality of investment research and analysis.
• Develop AI-powered research tools to analyze macroeconomic developments, central bank policies, financial market dynamics, and geopolitical events.
• AI Workflows and Agent Development
• Design, develop, and implement AI workflows and agents that integrate LLMs, financial data, quantitative models, and external analytical tools.
• Automate recurring research activities, including data collection, information extraction, market monitoring, comparative analysis, and research reporting.
• Explore advanced AI techniques to support investment hypothesis generation, scenario analysis, and investment decision-making.
• Data Analytics and Quantitative Research
• Identify, integrate, and manage relevant internal and external data sources to support AI-driven investment research.
• Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and data pipelines to enhance investment monitoring and research capabilities.

Requirements:

• Practical experience developing AI applications using LLMs, including techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, or agent-based workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions and independently develop working prototypes.
• Experience developing or deploying AI applications in financial services, asset management, or investment research.
• Understanding of macroeconomics, fixed income, foreign exchange, or emerging financial markets.
