Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited, a fast-growing AI infrastructure provider, invites a senior infrastructure professional to lead technical due diligence and drive build-to-suit opportunities across EMEA from our Singapore hub.

You will collaborate with engineering, legal and project teams, develop standards, assess feasibility, and present recommendations to executives, enabling strategic investments and rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical due diligence or infrastructure development.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical, environmental, utilities, and permitting processes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
• Ability to translate technical studies into commercial investment recommendations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence across AI infrastructure opportunities in EMEA.
• Manage engineering, environmental, geotechnical, utility and permitting consultants.
• Assess risks related to utilities, constructability, environmental constraints, fiber connectivity.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Site Selection, Engineering, Energy, Legal and Project Development teams.
• Develop standards, templates and scalable review processes across EMEA.
