Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a disciplined risk professional to govern AI/ML model risk across the enterprise in Singapore. You will coordinate governance, validation, and remediation activities with stakeholders, auditors, and senior management.

Responsibilities include maintaining model risk documentation, aligning with regulatory requirements, and guiding the development, deployment, and monitoring of ML and GenAI models to ensure auditable compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management or equivalent.
• 2 years in model risk management, validation, or compliance in banking industry.
• Experience in ML models and GenAI models.
• Experience in finance compliance or regulation, especially guidance into bank policies and controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess model risks and remediation actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for management reports and audit documentation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, FRM, PRM, CRISC, or NIST AI RMF practitioner) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate model compliance status and guidance to stakeholders: prepare clear reports/presentations for model owners, senior management, and auditors; coordinate remediation plans and training to address regulatory or audit findings.
• Maintain and update model governance documentation: accurate model inventory, model risk assets and policy documents, ensuring they reflect current regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Data Science team, Engineering team and Model Risk Management stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines, and model validation processes, enabling responsible and auditable AI adoption.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to coordinate model development, deployment, monitoring, and platform capabilities, managing dependencies, technical trade-offs, and delivery milestones across the AI/ML lifecycle.
• Manage the full model lifecycle (identification, development, validation, approval, monitoring, retirement) for both ML and GenAI models; maintain model risk documentation for audit/regulator readiness.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing management reports, governance papers, presentations, and audit documentation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, FRM, PRM, CRISC, or NIST AI RMF practitioner) are a plus.
