You will mentor your team, balance strategic alignment with Product, Engineering, and regional Sales leadership, and help resolve data readiness, integration, and state-management challenges to deliver enterprise-grade AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish code standards and architectural best practices for the team.
• Lead technical hiring for forward deployed engineering.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve blockers and translate field insights into roadmaps.
