Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; Master’s degree advantageous but not required.
• 2–4 years of project coordination, administration, and research support.
• Good communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, and documentation.
• Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and funding compliance.
• Coordinate seminars, workshops, and academic visits.
• Design posters, slides, infographics, and publicity materials.
• Manage social media, website updates, and research news communication.
• Liaise with PIs, researchers, students, funding agencies, vendors, and university offices.
