Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore is seeking a Project Officer to support planning, coordination, administration, and dissemination of an AI for Science academic research programme.

The role focuses on project management, budget and funding administration, event coordination, academic poster/visual design, social media, and stakeholder liaison, with collaboration with PIs, researchers, students, funding agencies, vendors, and university offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required; Master’s degree advantageous but not required.
• 2–4 years of project coordination, administration, and research support experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences is a research unit dedicated to advancing AI for Science through interdisciplinary collaboration, data-driven discovery, and translation of research into publications, tools, and societal impact.

We are looking for a Project Officer to support the planning, coordination, administration, and dissemination of an AI for Science academic research programme. The role focuses on project management, budget and funding administration, event coordination, academic poster/visual design, social media, and stakeholder liaison.

• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
