Job summary

Genesys seeks an AI and Experience Orchestration Director who leads strategic engagements with core account teams to accelerate adoption of Genesys native AI and Experience Orchestration capabilities. This role blends deep AI expertise with high-level client engagement to translate business goals into impactful AI use cases that deliver measurable outcomes.

Strong subject matter expertise in AI and customer experience tech.
Experience in sales overlay, specialist, or SME roles.
10–12 years in software, cloud, or AI-related fields.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced AI expertise and lead discussions with tech and business stakeholders.
Engage with senior and C-level leaders to orchestrate opportunities across teams.
Influence deal strategy and support territory planning, pipeline, and forecasting.
Drive field execution of programs across the Genesys AI portfolio including sales campaigns.
Serve as a trusted SME and model best practice sales motions for the team.
Provide hands-on support for positioning, pricing, proposals and materials related to Genesys AI.
