Job summary

Manpower staffing services (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites applications for an Engineering Program Manager to lead complex programs across data operations, data engineering, and internal tooling in support of GenAI development and evaluation. You will partner with engineering, data operations, and research teams to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and drive execution across planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for HAI Data Operations including roadmap, planning, milestone tracking, dependency management and risk mitigation.
• Define and maintain technical roadmaps balancing operational requirements, tooling investments and broader HAI priorities.
• Lead prioritization across initiatives to ensure engineering resources focus on high-impact work.
• Manage programs that enhance data platforms, pipelines, processing systems, and internal tooling for AI/ML development and evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements for internal tools and workflows and translate operational needs into clear technical plans.
• Understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks and improvements.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and drive alignment and execution across stakeholders.
• Improve reliability, scalability, efficiency and automation of data ops workflows.
• Coordinate across engineering, research, data science and other teams to support GenAI objectives.
• Establish and monitor program metrics and communicate status to technical teams and leadership.
• Create scalable PM processes to improve visibility and accountability.
