Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT or related field.
• At least 4 years in full stack development.
• Proficient with React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Build AI-powered platforms and internal tools leveraging LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React and Next.js (Server Components, App Router, real-time streaming).
• Design and implement robust backend services, RESTful APIs, middleware, asynchronous processes, and integrations.
• Architect and optimise PostgreSQL schemas for scalability, security, and performance.
• Integrate AWS services (S3, IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB) into applications.
• Build analytics dashboards and data visualisation components for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to translate requirements into solutions.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)

Working Location: Central

Salary Package: Up to SGD 11,000 + AWS

Employment Type: Contract (1 year renewable with chances of conversion)

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building AI-powered platforms, intelligent internal tools, and modern web applications. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable AI solutions that enable users to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), automate workflows, and transform complex data into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

This role combines modern frontend engineering, backend API development, cloud technologies, and Generative AI to build next-generation platforms that deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Build AI-powered platforms and internal tools that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent workflow automation.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React and Next.js, including Server Components, App Router, and efficient state management for real-time streaming experiences.
• Design and implement robust backend services, RESTful APIs, middleware, asynchronous processes, background jobs, and integrations with external systems.
• Architect and optimise relational database schemas using PostgreSQL, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Integrate cloud services and infrastructure on AWS, including S3, IAM, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Build interactive analytics dashboards and data visualisation components that enable users to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Continuously improve system performance, code quality, security, and application scalability through best engineering practices.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information technology or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in full stack software engineering with strong expertise across both frontend and backend development.
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js, including App Router, Server Components, and modern frontend architecture.
• Solid experience with Python and FastAPI, including asynchronous programming, middleware, background tasks, and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, relational database design, and complex schema modelling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Experience building scalable, production-ready web applications with a focus on performance, maintainability, and user experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
