Job summary

OOM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to own features from idea to production, combining frontend and backend work with AI orchestration and cloud deployment. You will ship impactful capabilities rapidly.

You will design customer-facing AI features, build APIs with Python and NodeJS, create web apps in React and Tailwind, and integrate LLMs into production workflows, collaborating with product and design.

What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you'll own features from idea to production. Your work will span frontend development, backend services, AI orchestration and cloud deployment.

You'll:

• Design and build customer-facing AI features from concept to production

• Develop scalable backend APIs using Python and NodeJS

• Build responsive web applications using React and Typescript

• Integrate LLMs into production workflows

• Design RAG pipelines

• Build AI agents with tool calling, workflow orchestration and automation

• Connect AI systems to CRMs, messaging platforms, and third-party APIs

• Improve AI quality, latency, reliability and operating cost

• Work closely with Product and Design to rapidly iterate and ship new features

• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve production systems

The Talent

• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges into practical, scalable technical solutions

• Excellent communications skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across product, design and business teams

• Comfortable working across both frontend and backend

• Hands on experience integrating and building applications with LLMs

• Practical experience in designing, testing and refining prompts for production AI applications

• Experience developing AI agents and multi step AI workflows

• Familiarity with designing autonomous or semi-autonomous AI workflows for real world applications

• Hands on experience with RAG, vector databases and modern AI orchestration frameworks

• Experience implementing strategies that improve the reliability, safety and consistency of AI-powered features

• Proficient in Python, NodeJS, React, Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, AWS

• Exposure to training, evaluating or deploying machine learning models is an advantage
