Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is hiring an AI Engineer to design and ship AI solutions that solve real business problems and reduce manual work. You will build and deploy AI models and embed AI into existing systems.

You will work on LLMs, ML models, and evaluate them in a secure infrastructure, collaborating with process owners and IT to ensure security, scalability, and alignment with business needs. This role requires 3+ years of production AI/ML experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML models in production, including AI agents.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to work to deadlines.
• Curious, detail-driven, and self-motivated with drive to learn and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Building and deploying AI solutions aimed at real business problems and internal process improvement
• Designing, fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs and other ML models on internal data within a secure infrastructure setup
• Embedding AI capability into existing internal systems, and scoping out where commercial AI tools make sense to bring in
• Partnering with process owners, IT and governance stakeholders to keep AI initiatives secure, scalable and aligned to business needs
• Exploring agentic AI tooling — open-source and commercial — and figuring out how to put it to practical use
• Mentoring more junior team members and helping shape the team's broader AI capability

• 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML models in production, including AI agents

• Comfortable working to deadlines, even when things get busy
• A real drive to learn and make an impact

Technical skills

• Solid programming/scripting ability (Python)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks and libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain/LangGraph, or similar)
• Some exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or equivalent)
• Understanding of data security, governance, and model evaluation practices
