Job summary

AVALLIS FINANCIAL PTE. LTD. seeks a software engineering professional to design and deliver AI-enabled financial advisory platforms. You will build ML systems, LLMs and data pipelines for enterprise wealth management.

The role requires Kotlin and Python expertise, experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, Azure cloud services, and ML CI/CD. You will mentor engineers, review designs, and own deployment, rollback, diagnostics and incident support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience in financial advisory or CRM.
• 3+ years designing ML frameworks and services with LLMs.
• Strong Kotlin and Python programming and data manipulation skills.
• Cloud-native experience with Azure.
• CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML systems from scratch focusing on LLMs.

Job description

In this role, you will get the chance to:

• 3-5 years experience in business domain pertinent to financial advisory services and CRM
• Passionate about building next generation AI enabled products anddatapipeline solutions for financial advisory and wealth management platforms
• Design and implement machine learning systems from the groud up, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and foundational models tailored to enterprise business needs
• Build AI-powered full-stack solutions across software, data, AI, integration and user experience
• Apply established patterns for security, privacy, Responsible AI, observability, recovery and operational resilience
• Create reliable contracts across data, services, AI components, user journey and enterprise systems
• Create clear code, automated tests, documentation, runbooks and release evidence
• Enthusiastic, be able to contribute and learn from widerdigital , data , AI engineering talent in the team.
• Review designs and code, mentor engineers and identify material technical, delivery, data, model and operational risks early
• Capable to create both technology blueprints andengineering roadmaps, forAI transformational journey.
• Own versioning, compatibility, deployment, rollback, recovery, diagnostics and incident support

• 5 Years of relevant software engineering experience3+ years of experience in designing and delivering machine learning frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with LLMs and foundation models (e.g, GPT, Claude)Strong Kotlin and Python programming and data manipulation skills, using relevant libraries and frameworksCloud-Native experience solid understanding of Azure services(Azure ML, Azure AI foundary, ADLS Gen2) Experience with cloud AI Services, agent frameworks, embeddings, vector search and RAGML Ops skills expertise in CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and conternisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• IT / Computer Sciencedegree or other tertiary qualification related to development and / or development best practices.
• Relevant Certifications (e.g Azure AI Cloud developer)Are experienced with large-scale data sets, including data preparation and transformation at scale with SQL and distributed data processing Your exceptional communication skills enable you to easily translate complex technical concepts for both business and technical audiences
