Job summary

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to join the Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) team. You will lead account development, engage senior stakeholders, and drive ICT sector growth through government programmes.

You will collaborate with EDB, EnterpriseSG and IMDA to design interventions, manage programmes, and accelerate growth of Singapore-based ICT enterprises.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of ICT industry experience in account management, business development or management consulting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders and partner agencies.
• Ability to think critically and analytically to identify intervention points.
• Ability to connect the dots and spot new collaboration opportunities.
• Good networking skills to build long-term relationships with dynamic companies.
• Proactive, team-oriented self-starter.
• Multi-tasking and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate to build and champion the ICT/ICM industry.
• Background in Computer/Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account Development and Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of ICT sector accounts, engaging C‑level executives and coordinating cross‑agency collaboration.
• Growth Engine: Contribute to horizontal growth initiatives (markets, AI, Cyber Security, talent, digitalisation) and help co‑develop programmes to support ICT company growth.
