As a Venture Architect, you will be at the front lines of venture building, using AI-assisted research to decode markets, conduct high-impact interviews, and execute experiments that turn a good idea into a validated business. We seek curious, proactive builders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in engineering, product development, startup operations, or launching new products/initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and form hypotheses.
• Strong execution skills, with experience turning ideas into tangible outcomes through testing or pilots.
• High curiosity and growing skill in using AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving.
• Experience in end-to-end product development from concept to pilot.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean experiments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to accelerate market research, automate data synthesis, and produce decks, models, and reports.
• Conduct AI-assisted research to map value chains and competitor landscapes.
• Support customer discovery through expert interviews and stakeholder engagements.
• Design and execute lean pilots and prototypes to test hypotheses in real-world settings.
• Analyze cost structures and profit pools to help build valuable business models.
• Structure ambiguous challenges and use AI outputs to sharpen decision-making.
