Job summary

Temus is a Singapore-based consulting firm delivering digital transformation across public and private sectors. The AI Product Manager will shape AI-powered products, defining strategy and roadmaps while coordinating with business, technology, delivery, and commercial teams to drive adoption.

You will translate client needs into AI use cases, develop business cases, and work with AI engineering and delivery teams to bring solutions from concept to implementation and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, digital transformation, technology consulting, or managed services.
• Strong experience developing business cases, product or transformation roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with engineering and delivery teams to bring AI, data, automation, or digital products from concept through production and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders and client stakeholders.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-enabled products and services.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, efficiency, customer experience, or service delivery.
• Translate business challenges into product requirements, AI use cases, value propositions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and quantify expected value and impact of AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI engineering, solution architecture, delivery, sales, and business teams from ideation to deployment and adoption.
• Engage senior stakeholders and clients to align priorities and drive product adoption.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, including productivity, cost savings, turnaround time, service quality, and adoption.
• Support development of commercial models, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled solutions.
• Stay current with Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise tech to identify new opportunities.
