Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Transformation Excellence Lead to identify, develop and scale transformation opportunities using AI, data and new ways of working. You will lead the Group's Process Mining capability and drive end-to-end improvement across the organization.

The role partners with senior management to shape digital transformation agendas, translating insights into scalable solutions with governance and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in transformation, digital analytics, consulting or technology-enabled change.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Group's Process Mining capability, defining direction, methodologies and adoption.
• Translate insights into transformation opportunities, business cases and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Drive tech-enabled solutions with governance and capabilities to accelerate experimentation and adoption.
• Evolve transformation toolkit using AI, digital and data to improve opportunity identification and delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and align with OCBC's business priorities and objectives.
• Prepare executive analyses and materials to support senior management decisions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and benefits realization across key initiatives.
