• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Digital Transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving ability.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories and process maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities and gather high‑quality requirements.
• Translate business needs into deliverables: PRDs, user stories, process maps.
• Validate opportunities with data and quantify potential benefits.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and vendors to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Coordinate delivery across initiatives, manage scope and risks.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Ensure end‑to‑end data flows and integration considerations.
