Job summary

HoYoverse is seeking a recent graduate for a software quality assurance role focused on overseas platform services. You’ll own testing scope, contribute to design reviews, and help ensure quality across channels.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams, apply scripts or small tools, and develop agent-driven testing capabilities. Fluency in English and Chinese is valued to liaise with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and the ability to build scripts or small tools independently.
• Understanding of operating systems and networking; familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Clear logical thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in software testing.
• User-centric mindset for assessing risks from the player's perspective.
• Interest in AI and LLM-driven testing; willing to extend agent capabilities.
• Good English reading and writing skills plus fluent Chinese to liaise with teams.

Responsibilities

• Own testing for overseas platform and channel services — participating in requirement and design reviews, identifying risks from requirements, configuration and past issues, delivering test plans and test cases, and assessing quality.
• Drive test delivery in collaboration with AI agents, integrating agent capabilities into test execution and analysis, applying professional judgement to review results and add complementary validation, and continuously building and improving agent testing capabilities.
• Agent-driven release management: agents analyse release scope, trigger regressions and poll execution results, while you own test-scope review and the final release call.
• Extend agent capabilities through development: write scripts, skills and tools to grow what agents can test, maintain channel mock and shadow-traffic environments, and distill reusable business test pipelines.
• Collaborate across teams, working with product, engineering and operations to unblock issues, improve workflows and keep delivery on track.
