Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is engaged with a Singapore-based social gaming client seeking a QA lead to own end-to-end quality assurance for consumer-facing products. You will define test strategies, plans and quality standards, and drive API, UI automation and performance testing while integrating with CI/CD to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Around 3 years of testing experience, including at least 1 year on consumer-facing projects
• Able to independently own project testing, from test strategy and case design to risk analysis and quality assessment
• Experience with process building and driving cross-team collaboration
• Proficient with Postman, Apifox and JMeter, able to conduct API, performance and data consistency testing
• Familiar with MySQL and Redis, and able to write SQL fluently
• Proficient in Python, Go, JavaScript or Bash, with hands-on automation testing experience
• Familiar with Linux, network protocols and CI/CD
• Familiar with mobile testing methods and tools (Appium, packet capture, adb)
• Skilled in using AI tools to assist testing, with practical experience and ability to explain results
• Understands LLMs and Agents, able to design prompts and workflows and validate AI outputs
• Strong communication and problem-analysis skills

About the Company

Our client is a Singapore-based social gaming company building consumer-facing mobile products for a global user base. The team is product-driven and fast-moving, and is actively adopting AI to improve how it builds and ships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality assurance for consumer-facing products, including defining test strategies, plans and quality standards
• Drive the build-out of API, UI automation and performance testing, and integrate it with CI/CD to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Integrate AI across the testing lifecycle (test case generation, script writing, defect analysis, code review), and explore LLM/Agent-based intelligent testing and drive adoption within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Around 3 years of testing experience, including at least 1 year on consumer-facing projects
• Able to independently own project testing, from test strategy and case design to risk analysis and quality assessment
• Experience with process building and driving cross-team collaboration
• Proficient with Postman, Apifox and JMeter, able to conduct API, performance and data consistency testing
