Job summary

Scoot is seeking a seasoned Business Analysis Lead – AI, Salesforce & Delivery to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions across digital, people and operations. You will shape how AI, Salesforce, automation and workflows improve employee experience and business outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders, Salesforce admins and delivery partners to define priorities, develop roadmaps and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on responsible AI and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and ~5–7 years in BA/Delivery roles.
• Experience leading BA and delivery activities across full initiative lifecycles.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementation, enhancement and integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, data structures, workflows, automation and reporting.
• Experience translating business needs into clear Salesforce requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an AI and Salesforce innovation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to use generative AI, Salesforce capabilities, automation and intelligent workflows.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce requirements, user stories and process designs.
• Lead Agile delivery, including backlog management, testing and deployment readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders, admins, architects and vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Ensure governance, privacy and security controls for Salesforce AI initiatives.
