Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end AI agentic deployments, architecting scalable solutions on the Agentforce platform and beyond.

You will drive technical delivery, mentor peers, and partner with clients to translate requirements into concrete, impactful implementations. You will own data modelling, integration, and complex deployments, while shaping technical strategy and ensuring successful outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, end-to-end delivery of complex AI solutions.
• Background in CS or related engineering discipline.
• Extensive AI/LLM deployment experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Direct Salesforce platform experience including advanced configuration and customization.
• Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with leadership ability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, able to explain technical concepts to all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead engagements, mentor juniors, and drive projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions; code, configure, and troubleshoot.
• Architect, develop, and deploy AI/LLM-based agents on Salesforce platform.
• Design and build bespoke intelligent agents with Agentforce; meet business needs.
• Own data lifecycle design, data models, processing pipelines, and integration.
• Resolve blockers and unblock progress across all phases of delivery.
• Lead technical strategy and mentor junior engineers; influence product direction.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites; act as primary technical advisor.
