Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, programme or grant administration experience.
• Experience managing budgets, claims submission, procurement tracking, and reporting.
• Strong financial literacy and governance, audit trail and reporting discipline.
• Ability to lead weekly operating cadence and maintain accurate dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own Grant Finance & Claims: monitor budgets, commitments, utilisation and balances across De‑GAP, Central GAP and TDA.
• Lead procurement follow‑through from request to PO, vendor follow‑up and closure.
• Track progress: milestones, timelines and reporting commitments; prepare updates and grantor reports.
• Maintain dashboards: single source of truth and ensure management reviews reflect current status.
• Build the future grant management solution: map workflows and translate requirements for AI‑driven system.
• Integrate three grant streams into one operating model and standardise tracking and reporting.
