Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Renewals Sales Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role supports one or more AVPs, focusing on protecting and growing ARR, accelerating renewal cycles, and improving commercial outcomes across regions.

You will partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure timely renewals, monitor health signals, and orchestrate mitigation plans with cross‑functional teams. Strong preference for AI/ML awareness and SaaS renewal expertise.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes.
• Proven experience in Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, or Renewal Operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills, including SaaS and Renewal Revenue Recognition.
• Proficiency with CRM and CPQ tools.
• Innovative thinking to identify retention and growth strategies beyond renewal.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure renewals in the supported region are addressed on time.
• Monitor account health and customer risk signals to surface churn risks and growth opportunities.
• Orchestrate account-level mitigation strategy and plans for at‑risk and high‑value clients with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead renewal forecast cadence calls with account teams for current and future quarters.
• Provide strategic renewal guidance to drive retention and reduce churn.
