Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking a Senior/Executive Quality Engineer for Traffic & Road IT to join a team focused on cloud-based software quality and AI-driven applications in an agile environment. You will design scalable testing frameworks, uphold coding and cybersecurity standards, perform reviews, and work with stakeholders to validate requirements and risk decisions.

The role spans the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to documentation, commissioning, and post-deployment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related discipline.
• Foundational understanding of testing methods: functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience writing test scripts in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with API testing using Postman; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient cloud-based testing frameworks.
• Uphold coding and cybersecurity standards and perform design reviews.
• Collaborate with agile teams to validate requirements and architecture decisions.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities across the project lifecycle.
• Produce clear system operation and maintenance documentation.
