Job summary

Shopee in Singapore seeks an Associate/Senior Associate to support product development and cross-functional project execution for the R&D group. This role works closely with developers, PMs, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development tasks, support product adoption, and generate insights from R&D performance data.

The role will collect user feedback, address product questions and bugs, and assist in planning, milestone tracking, and reporting to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields.
Experience working with engineering or product teams is a plus.
Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile ways of working.
Strong communication and coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
High attention to detail; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into clear development tasks and support feature development and optimization of our management platform.
Collect user feedback and help address product questions, issues, and bugs.
Collect and analyze R&D teams’ key performance data and summarize findings for leadership decisions.
Support project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation; assist in improving project management processes and communication.
