Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineering Industrial Engineer to join the STPG Industrial Engineering team in Singapore. You will partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain to optimize product execution, readiness, and governance across the semiconductor lifecycle.

The role emphasizes analytics, AI-enabled tooling, and scalable operating models to improve decision quality, speed, and productivity in a global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline (EE, ME, IE).
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Experience supporting NPI, product lifecycle management, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience developing analytics solutions, dashboards, or workflow automations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Product Introduction and lifecycle execution across engineering, manufacturing, planning and supply chain.
• Optimize inventory strategy, visibility, and material health across networks.
• Lead data-driven initiatives to improve cost, cycle time, and efficiency.
• Support advanced engineering programs and scalable operational readiness.
• Lead cross-functional programs and governance for process improvement.
