Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science required.
• Must be able and willing to work non-standard hours (e.g., 12-hour shifts).
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across all levels.
• Growth mindset with continuous learning focus.
• Internship or semiconductor experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and impact are desirable.
• Interest in semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
• Ability to apply digital fluency and AI literacy to tools responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Generate production plan and execution strategy to meet Output plan, OTD, Cycle Time and DIO metrics.
• Analyze daily production operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to protect delivery schedules.
• Create and implement integrated systems for materials flow, production processes, inventory control and human factors.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve Best In Class cycle time and delivery.
• Serve as Manufacturing contact for in-line Planning and Production Control activities.
• Forecast production logistics and direct/indirect materials to meet weekly output plan.
• Review inventory levels to meet fluctuating supply requirements.
• Review bottlenecks and constraints in processes with support groups.
• Ensure a Safe Work Environment; conduct area inspections for hazards.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and quality, with sound judgment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by testing and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
