Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing software environment.
• Exposure to agile development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the application lifecycle management for software systems in a highly automated semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Understand IT and Manufacturing Automation trends; participate in requirements analysis sessions.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as IT technical authority; advise senior management on improvements in processes and software systems.
• Ensure Secure SDLC with secure coding practices, risk assessment and governance compliance.
• Ensure high-quality software releases with testing and user training.
• Keep software and hardware up to date with patches and releases.
• Develop monitoring capabilities to prevent unscheduled downtime; address abnormalities actively.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve software delivery and code quality.
• Continuously develop AI proficiency to accelerate innovation.
