Job summary

Secretlab is seeking an exceptional post-production creative to elevate storytelling through editing, motion graphics and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll work with the Production team under Comms to deliver hero launches, campaigns and strategic marketing videos that reach millions globally.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in post-production, strong editing skills, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in post-production, video editing or motion design.
• Exceptional editing skills with strong storytelling instincts and pacing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong motion graphics and compositing capabilities.
• Good understanding of colour grading workflows using DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience leveraging AI tools within creative workflows.
• Ability to rapidly prototype creative ideas through storyboards and mockups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional post-production content across hero launches, evergreen campaigns, product videos and strategic marketing content.
• Produce advanced motion graphics, compositing, cleanup, online finishing and VFX.
• Create AI-assisted production assets to improve quality, speed or possibilities.
• Continuously explore new techniques that reduce production effort while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a high bar for storytelling, pacing and creative execution.
• Develop storyboards, treatments, moodboards and presentation materials for early exploration.
• Produce rapid concept videos, prototypes and visual mockups for alignment.
• Translate creative direction into production-ready assets.
• Collaborate with Production Leads to solve challenges throughout production.
• Explore emerging AI tools and techniques to improve workflow and templates for the team.
