Job summary

Secretlab is seeking an experienced Post Production Editor to join our Production team. You will edit across hero launches, campaigns, and product videos, delivering high-quality motion graphics and visual effects while integrating AI-assisted workflows to speed up delivery.

You'll develop storyboards, prototypes and visual mockups for early concepts, collaborating with Production Leads to solve creative challenges and push the boundaries of storytelling across global campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in post-production or motion design.
• Exceptional editing skills with strong storytelling, pacing and rhythm.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver editing for hero launches, campaigns and product videos.
• Produce advanced motion graphics, compositing, cleanup, online finishing and visual effects.
• Create AI-assisted production assets where they improve quality, speed or creative possibilities.
• Continuously explore new techniques that reduce production effort while maintaining or improving visual quality.
• Maintain a consistently high bar for storytelling, pacing, rhythm and overall creative execution.
• Develop storyboards, treatments, moodboards and presentation materials for early exploration.
• Produce rapid concept videos, prototypes and visual mockups for stakeholder alignment.
• Translate creative direction into production-ready assets that accelerate execution.
• Collaborate closely with Production Leads to solve creative challenges throughout production.
