Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a PDE Yield Enhancement Engineer to lead yield monitoring and stabilization for High Bandwidth Memory NPI. You’ll partner with PI, MRDA, PE, assembly/test, and quality teams to drive fast learning cycles and early risk detection.

You will implement AI-enabled enhancements, maintain yield dashboards, and analyze defects to drive continuous improvement across NPI ramps and early HVM stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong interest in yield analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of statistics, SPC, or data analysis tools.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy for research and analysis.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator with cross-level collaboration
• Growth mindset and continuous learning driving impact

Responsibilities

• Monitor yield during HBM NPI and stabilize yield across early ramp.
• Maintain yield dashboards and support defect analysis and yield recovery actions.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
• Explain yield deviation issues and trigger actions with PI/PE/RDA teams.
• Identify yield improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support PCS to develop SPC/FDC charts for YLR dashboards and early detection.
