Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative research to support active AI projects.
• Assist in designing, testing, and evaluating AI tools against operational needs.
• Bring a psychological and human-centred perspective to how tools are designed and used by officers and clients.
• Support sessions with officers and other stakeholders, documenting findings and observations.
• Contribute to communicating exploratory work, including presenting findings to the team.
• Provide general project and administrative support to the exploration workstream.
