Job summary

- Portfolio of finished work in instructional design, digital content, or multimedia production.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor formats for learners.
Responsibilities
- Build learning products end-to-end using AI tools, including research, scripting, production, review and publishing.
- Design and produce learner-centred resources (modules, guides, job aids and videos) that translate AI and digital topics into practical workplace application.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape, validate and adapt content across formats for public officers.
- Test new tools and workflows to improve the speed, quality and interactivity of learning content.
