Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Programme Manager to drive digital culture and AI capability across the public service. You will manage initiatives end-to-end, engage a broad network of officers and partners, and help scope ambiguous problems with data-driven decisions.

You will define success metrics, deliverables, and tools, while coordinating logistics, events, and workshops to advance AI adoption across agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2+ years of relevant experience spanning technical development, programme management, event coordination, or a related role.
• Demonstrable ability to translate team/programme objectives into actionable plans and use data to support decisions, prioritisation and risk mitigation.
• Strong interest in generative AI and a habit of staying current with tools, trends, and developments in the space.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, success measures, risks, and implementation plans for new capability-building initiatives.
• Analyse initiative outcomes and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables; track OKRs and report to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute programmes and events that build AI capability and culture for the public service.
• Engage government agencies, industry partners, and communities to drive participation and relevance.
• Design and deliver workshops and learning sessions on AI and GovTech tools for public officers across agencies.
