Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in Investment Management or Wealth Management domains.
- Proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Experience driving transformation initiatives using GenAI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the domain expert across investment operations, portfolio management, trading, compliance, fund accounting, and client servicing.
- Identify and shape AI, GenAI, and automation opportunities across front, middle, and back-office functions.
- Define business requirements, KPIs, governance controls, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Translate complex operational workflows into actionable requirements for AI engineering teams.
- Validate AI solution outputs and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and value realization discussions.
- Mentor AI teams on investment management processes, data, and industry best practices.
