Job summary

UST Global is seeking a Domain Subject Matter Expert to drive AI transformation at the intersection of Investment & Wealth Management and Generative AI. You will bridge business and technology teams to ensure AI solutions solve real-world challenges and deliver measurable value.

You will lead workshops, shape governance, and mentor teams while applying your deep experience across investment operations, fund accounting, and data quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Investment Management, Wealth Management, Custody, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing.
• Experience working with Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Custodians, or Fund Administrators.
• Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to drive transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain expert across investment operations, portfolio management, trading, compliance, fund accounting, and client servicing.
• Identify and shape AI, GenAI, and automation opportunities across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• Define business requirements, KPIs, governance controls, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Translate complex operational workflows into actionable requirements for AI engineering teams.
• Validate AI solution outputs and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and value realization discussions.
• Mentor AI teams on investment management processes, data, and industry best practices.
