Job summary

UST is seeking a Domain Subject Matter Expert to drive AI-powered transformation across investment operations, portfolio management, and fund services. You will bridge business and technology teams, define requirements, KPIs, and governance for GenAI initiatives, and translate complex workflows into actionable AI specs.

You will lead client workshops, mentor AI teams, and help clients realize measurable value from automation and data-driven insights, working with global wealth management clients

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Management or Wealth Management domains.
• Proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Experience driving transformation initiatives using GenAI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain expert across investment operations, portfolio management, trading, compliance, fund accounting, and client servicing.
• Identify and shape AI, GenAI, and automation opportunities across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• Define business requirements, KPIs, governance controls, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Translate complex operational workflows into actionable requirements for AI engineering teams.
• Validate AI solution outputs and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and value realization discussions.
• Mentor AI teams on investment management processes, data, and industry best practices.
