Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Investment Management or related areas.
Experience with Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Custodians, or Fund Administrators.
Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to drive transformation initiatives.
Deep expertise in Investment Operations and Fund Accounting.
Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, and data analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the domain expert across investment operations, portfolio management, trading, compliance, fund accounting, and client servicing.
Identify and shape AI, GenAI, and automation opportunities across front, middle, and back-office functions.
Define business requirements, KPIs, governance controls, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
Translate complex operational workflows into actionable requirements for AI engineering teams.
Validate AI solution outputs and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and value realization discussions.
Mentor AI teams on investment management processes, data, and industry best practices.
