Job summary

SFIC Institute Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Trainer to deliver practical training in Generative AI, responsible AI governance, office automation, and AI-assisted marketing content creation.

The role includes facilitating hands-on learning, developing training materials, and helping participants apply AI tools to boost workplace productivity and business efficiency. This part-time position offers flexibility across classroom, virtual, or hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• ACLP/ACTA or equivalent certification in L&D.
• Minimum 3 years in AI, data science, tech consulting, or digital transformation.
• Diploma or degree in AI, CS, IT, data science, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Generative AI, responsible AI, workflow automation, and AI-assisted marketing.
• Teach prompt engineering and practical applications of AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Identify AI adoption opportunities and develop implementation strategies.
• Provide updates on AI ethics, governance, data privacy, copyright, and risk management.
• Demonstrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Power Automate, UiPath, Make, Zapier.
• Develop training materials, exercises, case studies, and assessments.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the training team on course prep, scheduling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Generative AI, responsible AI, workflow automation, and AIassisted marketing.
• Teach prompt engineering and practical applications of AI tools to improve workplace productivity.
• Guide participants in identifying AI adoption opportunities, automating workflows, and developing implementation strategies.
• Deliver training on AI ethics, governance, data privacy, copyright, and risk management.
• Demonstrate relevant AI and automation tools, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, UiPath, Make, and Zapier.
• Develop training materials, practical exercises, case studies, and assessments.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the training team on course preparation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Keep updated on AI technologies, industry practices, and relevant regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant Learning & Development certification, such as Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), or equivalent pedagogical certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in AI, Data Science, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• Diploma or degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Technology, Digital Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing, advising on, or leading AI initiatives in real-world business environments, including Generative AI, workflow automation, AI governance, or digital transformation.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools, technologies, and their applications in workplace productivity and business operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI implementation, Generative AI, workflow automation, or AI governance.
• Experience in adult learning, corporate training, coaching, or workshop facilitation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and develop practical training materials.
• Ability to deliver training independently and manage assignments according to agreed schedules.

Engagement Terms

• Part-time engagement based on course availability and business requirements.
• Training schedules and delivery arrangements will be agreed upon in advance.
• Training may be conducted in classroom, virtual, or hybrid formats.
• Course preparation and reporting requirements will be agreed upon for each assignment.

The trainer is expected to:
