Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Executive with strong AI skills to support day-to-day recruitment and HR activities while exploring how AI and digital tools can improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance HR effectiveness.

This is a temporary contract position with potential full-time conversion after performance review. Location is in Singapore with on-site duties at Tanjong Pagar.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business admin, or related field is required.
• Experience in recruitment or HR-related functions is advantageous.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) for daily tasks.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and digital tools to boost productivity.
• Ability to explore new tools independently and apply them practically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates via portals, social media, referrals and online channels.
• Review profiles, screen suitability, and conduct phone screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Create and post job ads; assist recruitment campaigns and outreach.
• Utilize AI tools to draft adverts, outreach messages, summaries, and research.
• Support HR administration, onboarding, records, and reporting.
