Job summary

XILINX Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly analytical Forecasting Analyst to join the Central Forecasting Team.

You will own demand forecasting processes for non-NPI silicon, partner with supply chain, finance, and operations to drive planning accuracy and efficiency. You'll develop dashboards in Power BI, work with SQL/Oracle APEX, and explore ML-enabled analytics to improve forecasting techniques and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience or interest in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or operations analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel, PL/SQL, Power BI, Python, or ERP systems.
• Experience in automation, dashboards, and reporting solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver product-level demand forecast for non-NPI silicon.
• Provide forecasts to support supply planning, material preparation and capacity reservations.
• Generate revenue forecast reports across product, customer and market dimensions.
• Maintain forecasting systems and analytics platforms (SQL, Oracle APEX, Power BI).
• Collaborate with management, operations, finance, and supply chain to drive improvements.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements and automation initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Explore advanced analytics and ML-enabled solutions to improve forecasting.
