Job summary

InternSG is seeking a creative, proactive Digital Marketing & Content Intern to support marketing, social media, and content development activities. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, AI-assisted content creation, video production, design, website content, and event marketing.

You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop engaging content, strengthen brand awareness, and improve customer engagement across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Assist in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current trends, campaigns, products, and company activities.
• Prepare social media captions, posts, short-form content, and promotional messages.
• Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
• Assist in reviewing campaign performance and preparing basic reports.
• Use AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, scripts, captions, presentations, images, videos, and campaign concepts.
• Develop creative prompts and explore different AI tools for marketing content production.
• Use generative AI tools to support visual design, short-form video, storytelling, and promotional materials.
• Assist in producing multilingual content using AI and translation tools where required.
• Research new AI and digital marketing tools and recommend useful applications for the team.
• Ensure all AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and appropriateness before publication.
• Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.
• Assist in creating product videos, seminar highlights, interviews, testimonials, educational content, and promotional videos.
• Support photography and videography during seminars, events, roadshows, and company activities.
• Edit video footage, add subtitles, transitions, graphics, music, and other creative elements.
• Use AI-assisted video editing and content creation tools where appropriate.
• Organise and maintain the company's photo and video content library.
• Create digital marketing materials including social media posts, banners, posters, presentation visuals, event materials, and promotional artwork.
• Support website banner and campaign visual development.
• Use Canva, Adobe applications, and AI-powered design tools to develop creative materials.
• Ensure all creative materials are aligned with company branding guidelines.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors when required.
• Support marketing activities for seminars, workshops, product events, roadshows, and other company programmes.
• Prepare pre-event promotional content and post-event highlights.
• Assist with event photography, videography, social media updates, and content collection.
• Support event registration, promotional materials, and on-site coordination where required.
• Create recap videos, photo highlights, and follow-up content after events.
