NAVA 1872 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a high-energy Digital & Ecommerce Marketing Intern for a 6-month internship.

Working closely with our marketing team, you will support e-commerce growth across our owned storefront and digital marketplaces. Your scope includes storefront management, campaign execution, marketplace optimisation, and performance data tracking, with real responsibilities from day one.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify) and marketplace portals (Shopee, Lazada) is preferred but we will train you.
• Comfortable handling data and working with spreadsheets to help extract actionable insights.
• Fresh graduates are highly welcome.
• Interest in specialty tea or the premium/lifestyle F&B industry is a major bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate online retail operations to balance brand storytelling with data-driven execution.
• Assist store/website storefront and catalog management, including uploads and visuals.
• Support campaigns and promotions for key events and GWP offers.
• Contribute to digital product launches (tea subscriptions, gift bundles).
• Assist with SEO/SEM tracking, online ads, and eDM scheduling.
• Support marketplace onboarding and optimisation on Shopee/Lazada.
