Job summary

Singtel is seeking a data analytics and AI-enabled engineer to design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions for Outside Plant Engineering and Operations. You will build Power BI dashboards, define KPIs, and perform data-driven analyses to improve efficiency and decision-making across networks.

The role emphasizes Python-based analytics, AI workflow development, and collaboration with engineering teams to drive automation and scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• Strong analytical thinker with fast learning and clear communication
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or multi-agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) is a bonus
• Interest in applying latest AI technologies and familiarity with telco domains preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of network and operational data to identify trends and improvements
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports for engineering and operations
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for utilization, progress, SLA, and data quality
• Perform trend, variance, aging, and root-cause analyses for management decisions
• Support analytics for outside plant infrastructure and inventory data quality
• Automate repetitive operational activities using approved tools and track productivity gains
